Facilities
    Located on five acres in metro Atlanta, we have a 65,000 sq.ft. facility, housing our CAD drafting, industry-leading mould-manufacturing shop, and up to 19 production lines.

Project Management
    A Project Manager will be assigned to your project to coordinate all items from submittals to final shipment.

CAD Drawings
    3D Shop drawings prepared in SolidWorks to allow for quick changes to detail and layout drawings.

Computerized inventory
    All pieces are accounted for through a computerized inventory system allowing us to locate pieces down to a specific pallet.

Standard shapes
    We maintain an inventory of over 2000 moulds to make quick turn-around time a reality for a few or all the pieces needed on a project.

Personnel
    Over 100 people in our office, mould shop, and on the production lines are working to answer your questions and complete your order.

Communication
    You can reach your Project Manager by phone or e-mail, and we can exchange info by e-mail, fax, our ftp site, and/or voice mail.

Our Product:

    The Cast Stone Company manufactures cast stone products for use in commercial and residential buildings. Our high-quality product is called TannerStone^TM.

    TannerStone^TM cast stone is a highly refined architectural precast concrete building stone manufactured from a mixture of Portland cement and coarse and fine aggregates to simulate natural stone.

    TannerStone^TM cast stone can be used for trim pieces to simulate natural limestone. Such uses are window sills, watertables, jack arches, keystones, bands, coping, columns and ballustrading.

    We service a range of customers including architects, contractors, dealers, or homeowners. We help architects as they design their projects to do value engineering so that their project looks good and is within budget. We help contractors to get the best material for the money and bring the project in on time. We aid homeowners in understanding the variety of uses of Cast Stone.
